SPAR INSPIRES SPRING COOKING WITH FRESH RECIPES AND DISCOUNTED NUTRIFRESH KITCHEN ESSENTIALS

SPAR is encouraging home cooks to try new recipes this spring through its Savour magazine, with NutriFresh knives and cookware available at up to 80% off through the SPAR Rewards programme.

The recipes feature fresh, simple meals, creative twists on familiar favourites and ideas for entertaining. Options include 10-minute fresh tomato pasta, loaf tin chicken shawarma, strawberry matcha lamingtons and smoked trout éclairs.

“Through Savour magazine, we want to inspire cooking enthusiasts to explore new flavours and build confidence in the kitchen. With NutriFresh, having the right tools is more affordable, making it easier to experiment with new recipes and techniques,” said Mpudi Maubane, National PR, Communications & Sponsorships Manager at The SPAR Group.

The NutriFresh promotion allows SPAR Rewards shoppers to collect stickers towards discounted kitchen essentials, including the 19 cm Cook’s Knife, 16.5 cm Santoku Knife and 12.5 cm Utility Knife.

Shoppers receive one sticker for every R100 spent when swiping their SPAR Rewards card, with bonus stickers available on selected participating products. Once 30 stickers have been collected, shoppers can submit their completed collector card at the till to save up to 80% on selected NutriFresh kitchen essentials.
