In a city that rarely slows down, Faces Bar at NH Johannesburg Sandton has introduced a refreshed menu that feels perfectly timed for Sandton’s post-work energy. Designed for easy socialising, casual meetings and those “one drink that turns into three” evenings, the new offering leans into bold flavours and elevated bar favourites - without trying too hard.

Between Breads & Bar Classics

If comfort food had a corporate address, it would be here. The Philly Cheesesteak is indulgent in all the right ways - tender beef fillet, sweet grilled onions, and melted provolone tucked into a toasted baguette, with fries and creamy cheese sauce on the side. It’s generous, satisfying and ideal for sharing (or not).

The Club Sandwich delivers that triple-decker nostalgia - grilled chicken, crispy bacon, fried egg and fresh greens - while the Grilled Chicken & Avocado Burger keeps things lighter but still flavourful, finished with a tangy aioli.

For something more substantial, the 350g Grilled Sirloin is a straightforward, well-seasoned classic served with fries and your choice of sauce - the kind of dish that pairs seamlessly with a good whisky or bold red wine.

Faces Bar really finds its rhythm with its sharing plates. The Pork Belly Bao Buns are soft, sticky and packed with flavour - hoisin-glazed pork belly balanced by fresh vegetables and coriander. The Buffalo Wings bring just enough heat, cooled down with ranch dressing.

There’s also a proudly local moment in the South African Braai Platter - boerewors, grilled steak, peri-peri chicken drumsticks, pap and chakalaka. It’s hearty, familiar and perfect for a group settling in for the evening.
